Located within the Luena Farm Block in northern Zambia, bordered by a major river, the Kalungwishi, to the east and a tributary, the Mupoposhi, to the west.
This area records a high average rainfall of over 1100 mm pa,
with abundant perennial water sources and is very
sparsely populated.
Our avocado orchards cover 1,100 ha out of a total farm size of over 2,000 ha – much of the remainder comprising environmental set-asides.

Our avocado farm is located within the Luena Farm Block in
northern Zambia. Our farm is located in an ecoregion
known as Wetter Miombo Woodlands, an area
characterised by extensive marshlands and bordered by a
major river, the Kalungwishi, to the east and a tributary, the
Mupoposhi, to the west.
This area records a high average rainfall of over 1100 mm pa,
